Hey Guys! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. I just got back for the National Pokémon Tournament last week. While there, I met a ton of Pokémon fans and some who knew about "It's Super Effective". This year I didn't play the video game. With 2 week prior to Nationals, I attempted to perfect my Vanilluxe/Vileplume/Victini deck for the TCG segment. Due to the slow nature of the deck, I lost 2 matches because of time alone. Top Cut

Milwaukee Cities for the Pokémon TCG was this past weekend. This was probably the best tournament that @WhimsyTackle crew placed in. Most importantly, I wanted to give our TCG Editor, Vinnie, a huge shout out. Vinnie is the first and only member in our group to place and get Top Cut. For those of you who don't play the TCG, Top Cut is the final rounds of the tournament(s). While Vinnie didn't go all the way to the end, it was still a huge accomplishment. Congrats Vinnie!

I would also like to take a moment to apologize about the lack of a Podcast. We've been trying to get a pretty huge Pokémon dude on the episode, but schedules keep conflicting. We will have a new show by the end of the week, we promise! As well as 3 more shows this month. We are dedicated to bring you 4 more shows before 2012!

Anime Milwaukee Live Podcast

2011 for us seems to be off to a great start! We have the live podcast next week on January 12th, we are going to be at the Midwest Gaming Classic in March, and now in February we will be at Anime Milwaukee at the Hyatt Center in Downtown Milwaukee. 

If your in the Midwest area and you love Anime and/or you love Pokémon and our show, then you should come down on February 19th at 9AM to hear us live for an hour and a half.
