July Letter from SBJ

Hey Guys!

Hope everyone is enjoying their summer. I just got back from the National Pokémon Tournament last week. While there, I met a ton of Pokémon fans and some who knew about "It's Super Effective". This year I didn't play the video game part. With two week prior to Nationals, I attempted to perfect my Vanilluxe/Vileplume/Victini deck for the TCG segment. Due to the slow nature of the deck, I lost 2 matches because of time alone. Overall, I was happy with my showing of 4 wins - 5 losses. 

Speaking of "It's Super Effective" (which I mentioned in the paragraph above), the server move is 80% complete. Everything is linked, but I'm having a "login issue" for you guys. While I can obviously log in, the server wants downloaders to log in too... it's a weird loop hole that should be resolved in the next couple days. In the meantime, you can listen to the episodes on Stitcher Radio. 

Site news maybe short for the rest of July. I finally get to move to my own place next week (Friday, July 20th). I'm pretty pumped for that (just not the expenses). With that being said, August 1st shortly follows, which will be our 2 year Anniversary! Pretty cool right!

Following our 2 year Anniversary, we will have our first ever Art Show in Milwaukee. It's called 649 Monsters. I want to give an early thank you to our Artists which took the time out of their world to create artwork to help us sell to donate to charity (I'm sure that made more sense in my head). I hope you can all make it out on August 31st to see the show. For those who might be asking, unsold Artwork will appear online after the show.

That's all I have for now! I honestly appreciate everyone of you who support the site. I've met so many fans this year, and I hope that never stops.
