Sun & Moon Gameplay to be Shown Saturday

Some of the first ever footage of the new main series Pokemon titles, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon, will be aired in Japan at 8:30 Sunday morning (Saturday evening in the states) on Gathering at the Pokemon House. Pokemon Company higher-ups Junichi Masuda, Shigeki Morimoto, and Shigeru Ohmori will join the regular cast to talk about the upcoming games and help reveal the gameplay footage.

Gathering at the Pokemon House premiered in October 2015 as a replacement for Pokemon Get TV, a very similar show featuring a few of the same cast members that aired for two years. Every Sunday morning, the hosts of the thirty minute program give the Pokemon games and anime news of the week. Other features of the show include a prank segment and a series where American-Japanese TV host Antony travels around Japan to spread the love of Pokemon.

"Pokenchi" hosts Hyadain, Rinka Otani, Shoko-tan, and Abareru-kun.

It's unclear the kind of footage they'll show, but perhaps we'll get a look at some new feature, or the game's protagonists. We may be a little far from the games' release for this to be a big reveal, but whatever is shown will definitely help to kick start the hype and speculation.
